Request Summary: This is a formal request under the Access to Information Act for records related to IRCC's policy change to withhold the "History section" from the Global Case Management System (GCMS) reports provided in response to access to information requests. I am seeking final copies of relevant emails and memos, that document the decision-making process and rationale for this change. I am specifically interested in records covering the period from January 1, 2020, to October 31, 2024. The search for these records may include keywords like: "History section", "16(2)(c)", "PA 12(1)", "System glitch", "Undue hardship", "Process integrity", "Policy change". To ensure I receive complete and accurate information, I kindly request that my search include records from the relevant individuals involved in the decision-making process for this policy change. Furthermore, I request that any records containing personal information be redacted in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act. From 2020-01-01 - 2024-10-31. Only provide records are sent to and or by an individual at the EX minus 1 level or higher (middle manager level)
